Help Build a Community Pavilion and Concession

Grand Opening Coming Soon! The Grand Opening of Whitehall Road Regional Park is anticipated for fall 2024. The first phase of the park includes the inclusive and accessible "We Play Together" Playground, two tournament-sized rectangular (multi-purpose) fields with LED sports field lighting, two medium-sized grass rectangular multi-purpose fields, parking, the scenic Mascolo Garden and reflection area, 100's of native plants and trees, restrooms, a 12,000 linear foot walking path, and connection to the Musser Gap Trail. Work on Phase I began in the winter of 2022 and is nearing completion in 2024. The Phase I development was possible thanks to grants, community donations, and municipal support.

Pavilion & Concessions Building
Currently, shade can only be found on the playground and under immature, newly planted trees. Adding a pavilion to the park will provide a much-needed shaded/covered area to give park visitors a break from the sun and a place to gather for picnics and celebrations. Additionally, concessions will furnish food and beverages to players and spectators during sporting events. We're more than 50% to our goal to add these important park features thanks to community gifts and a grant award from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
